The HSTEL1M is a standard 2W loop clling telephone which can be wall or desk mount depending on the installation requirements.

It does however have a unique feature in that it is equipped with a handset retention mechanism which ensures the handset is retained in the on-hook
condition when subjected to motion/movement.

Typical uses for this unit are on board moving apparatus, ships, boats, etc or where portable equipment may be moved between locations ensuring the telephone is always securely in a fixed position.
